Room

All kinds of events, cocktail, conference, entertainment, exhibition, fashion show… can be organised in this very nice 360m² room

The maximum capacity of the room is set at 300 people.

It has a polished standing wooden floor.

On either side of the room is a row of large windows, all of which can be obscured by remotely controlled curtains.

At the back of the room, a spacious staircase leads to the second level along which a mezzanine allows the extension of the event taking place on the lower level (exhibition, presentation stands, etc.).

Lobby

The venue has a 60m² reception hall with a cloakroom equipped with ticket racks and a fully-equipped kitchen (deep fryers / ovens with gas hobs / plate warmers / bain-marie / fridges).

A bar equipped with a beer pump (Jupiler and White head) and 3x 2-door fridges will offer you a convivial setting to organise breaks and cocktails during your event.

You can organise your own bar without being charged a corkage fee.

NO CROCKERY OR SERVING ACCESSORIES ARE PROVIDED

Furniture

Catering services or organisers of events such as dances, fashion shows, dinners, tea parties or cocktail parties must place the necessary furniture in their trolleys and put it back as soon as the activity is over.

NO CROCKERY, TABLECLOTHS OR SERVICE ACCESSORIES WILL BE PROVIDED.

The furniture available consists of :
350 chairs
25 round tables 180cm in diameter (maximum 10 people)
12 175cm x 75cm ‘catering’ tables
10 high tables or ‘mange-debout’ 80cm diameter
10 bistro tables 80cm in diameter

EXPOSITION

70 ‘midnight blue’ CLIPSYSTEM panels (200cm x 100cm), which can be assembled in a very flexible way.
They can be used as stand backdrops or as hanging panels for pictures.
Their nylon cover allows them to be fixed with male Velcro (200g/cm2).

Exhibition bases (+/- 20 pieces) in a wide range of sizes are available.

PANELS AND WALLS MAY NOT BE FIXED WITH ANY TYPE OF FASTENER, NAIL OR STICKY PAPER.

Stage

Stage opening: 10m
Stage depth: 5m
Stage height: 8m

The stage is on the floor on a black Marley carpet with a tier, or on a podium 60cm high.

Technical management

The technical booth is on the second floor of the room, divided into 3 spaces (sound, lighting and projection) laid out with bays opening on the audience.

A technical control space is also provided in the room.

VidEo

The room is equipped with 1 Barco F80 vidéoprojector of 9 000 lumen.

The screening is made via a PDS Barco that will allow switching between all types of devices (DVD, Blu-Ray, computer,…) under all types de connectics (VGA, DVI, HDSDI,HDMI, Composite,…) during the event.

The video projection is made on a 8m x 8m motorised screen situated at the back of the stage.

Stage machinery - Dressing

1 truss H30 of 10m on upstage

2 powered beams above the stage

2 fixed beams hold the FOH lighting

(The height under grill is of 8m)

1 background curtain & 4 curtains can be placed Italian or German way.

A backstage can be laid out on either side of the stage frame that varies from 10 to 6 m.

Accessories

A Kawai GX7 piano (tuning to be provided by the customer)

25 podium elements (200cm x 100cm + different heights from 20cm to 100cm) to make up the stage, the tier or arranged according to your requirements.
